We can answer your phone calls, make appointments in your scheduling software based on time slots available. We can make live or robocall reminders for your appointments. (We have the technology to integrate with any PBX system that you may have).
We can take all information from the patient over the phone, fill out their registration forms, get insurance information, fill out HIPAA agreement, get the primary care physician’s information, obtain the pharmacy information including the list of other doctors the patient is under care of. All of this information will be filled in the patients’ registration forms making them ready for the patient to sign on the day of their encounter.
Prior to the arrival of the patient for a visit, we can get the medical history, medications and all other relevant information from the patient and put them into the EMR.

This is NEW. It constitutes 15% of the incentives. Beginning 2018, Medicare offers incentives for the follow-up with the patients after the patients are seen. Medicare is arranging their own survey to call patients to find out the quality of the service they have received from the provider. In their survey, the opinion expressed by the patients will be used to determine if the provider is eligible for this incentive. Additionally, the survey results about the provider will become public information.
As a provider, you need to be cognizant of any adverse information your patients may give to Medicare. Therefore, in a preemptive action, we can start calling the patients on behalf of the practice after the encounter to enquire about their concerns and wellbeing. If they have any questions, we will communicate with the doctor and the practice’s staff within the communication system of your EMR and inform them of the patients’ concerns.
We are not just the run-of-the-mill answering service. We will act as a staff of your practice to make appointments, to make cancellations, reschedule, take requests for prescription renewal, forward requests for a call from the doctor, notify the doctor of the past few encounter details in a secured mode to make it easy for the doctor to communicate with the patient.
